ATuMan FL1 Flashlight is unique where the COB light is the main light. For most flashlight with COB light function, the COB light is the secondary to the main forward light. The body of the light is aluminum so it is very light weight and solid. The main function button is awkwardly positioned at the bottom of the light on the same surface as the COB light. When you turn the light on you can easily blind yourself if your last light mode is on high. I prefer the button to be on the side or the top.The user interface is simple. A single click will turn on the light and additional single click will cycle through different light mode. I really don’t like it since I have to cycle through all modes to get to the mode you want if you accidently pass through it. The red, blue, and SOS modes should be separate at the sub mode function for easier navigation. Double-clicks the button at the any mode will take you to the medium output white light mode. This is different than most other flashlights where double-clicks activates the highest output mode. The COB light has a very wide flood light pattern. It doesn’t provide enough throw if you want to use as a front bike light. The light produces cold white light. It would be nice if FL1 can change the temperature of the light.I really don’t like is the built-in battery design. I like to be able to change the battery if the battery fails in the future. I also would like to change out the drained battery right away and not have to wait for the light to be recharged before use.FL1 is a solid COB light. But not sure how this light won iF design award. There are plenty of rectangular body flashlights that are more powerful and functional.

Excellent Heavy Duty Flashlight
This flashlight is built like a tank! Seriously heavy-duty and very well constructed. The light gets very bright in its highest setting and can fill an entire large room with light for without needing a recharge. I also love that it has strong magnets on the back that I can use to stick to the hood of my car when I'm doing maintenance. This light is going to live in my car as that is the best use for it in my opinion. I have many flashlights from all the best companies out there and I can honestly say that the build quality, brightness, and ease of use is up there with the best of the best.

Odd little light that's very handy
This is a strange hybrid work light / flashlight. The magnetic base is terrific for car repairs and around the shop. The front mounted LED sets it apart from a normal flashlight. I don't see much use for the different color modes and the flash function is useless on a unit like this (why does every light have to include that these day?). But it's built like a tank and throws a lot of light. Mine is stored in the center console for roadside emergencies.

Wonderful little flashlight!
This gem of a flashlight arrived just in time to help me out with my apartment inspections. It's very well made and I love that I can hang it around my neck. It's brightest setting is perfect for scanning walls for nail holes and corners for leftover dirt and cobwebs. It has instantly become a tool of my trade as a landlord.Beyond that it has its safety features such as flashing lights, etc. I'll probably take it on dog walks this winter but for now it's the perfect tool at the perfect time. Beautifully designed, great quality. I highly recommend!

Very high quality flashlight.
This is an impressive small flashlight built very tough for rugged outdoor use. The light has different modes like strobe mode, SOS mode, Emergency lights mode and regular white light mode. The body of the flashlight is made of good quality aluminum and feels hefty and firm in the hands. The light comes with a belt clip which I found to be useless and of very low quality and some other weak accessories that need improvement. I did like the lanyard that attaches to this light as it seems very well made. Overall I give this light 5 stars do to its quality build.
