FAQs
Check out the most common questions our customers asked.
How long does the battery last?
The battery capacity of our headlamp is 1050mAh. The duration of its operation depends on the user's usage habits and the environment. At the lower power level, the headlamp can last approximately 19 hours (data from Duke Laboratory, for reference only).
Why can't the MH1 be charged after being placed in the charging compartment?
The two headlights can light up simultaneously inside the charging compartment. If the charging compartment button does not respond, first check whether the insulating film behind the single headlight has been removed.
