ATuMan Return and Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receipt (conditions: unused products, intact original packaging, and complete accessories).
【Return Process】
1. Apply for Authorization: Send an email to support@atuman.com with the order number + reason for return to obtain the return address (Hong Kong warehouse or local partner, assigned based on the delivery location).
2. Return the Product:
◦ Non-quality issues: You are responsible for return shipping fees (returns to the Hong Kong warehouse must comply with Hong Kong customs regulations).
◦ Quality issues: We will bear the DDP return shipping fees of the logistics provider (photos of product defects are required).
3. Inspection and Refund:
- For the convenience of your courier operation, you do not need to arrange for a courier to return the product by yourself; we will handle this return work and charge a service fee for this part (10% of the sales amount). Thank you for your understanding.
- Quality inspection will be completed within 5-7 working days after receiving the product, and the refund will be returned to the original payment account (3-5 working days for payment platform processing).
【Risk Tips】
• International Return Restrictions:
◦ Returns to some countries (such as Russia, Brazil) require re-customs clearance, which may incur additional taxes.
◦ Logistics providers do not offer return services to China, only local re-delivery (re-delivery fees borne by the customer).
【Exceptions】
• Customized products and used products are not eligible for return.
• International order returns must comply with the customs policies of the destination country.
