ATuMan provides global delivery services through logistics providers.

To ensure your order is processed smoothly, please note the following important details about global shipping:

1. Regions Not Eligible for Delivery

Due to logistics stability, international compliance, and safety reasons, we are currently unable to provide delivery services to the following regions. We apologize for the inconvenience:

• Middle East: Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan

• South America: Venezuela, Cuba, Paraguay, Suriname

• Other regions: North Korea, Libya

3. For the circumstances mentioned in the new column that may lead to negotiated order cancellation, we will make every effort to resolve them; if they cannot be resolved, we will negotiate friendly with you to protect your legitimate rights and interests.

Delivery Time and Services

• Processing Time: 1-2 working days (order confirmation and product packaging).

• Transit Time:

◦ US Express Line: 3-7 working days;

◦ US Standard Line: 4-15 working days;

◦ Other Regions:

▪ European and American countries: 10-15 working days;

▪ Remote areas and some countries in Asia and Africa: 15-25 working days (subject to actual carrier time).

Fee Description

• Freight: Calculated based on product weight and volume (specific fees displayed in real-time on the checkout page).

• Surcharges:

◦ Parcels with a single side exceeding 54cm or total three sides exceeding 180cm will be charged an additional fee of 6.7-21.5 USD.

◦ Shipments to the US with a declared value exceeding 200 USD may incur customs duties, which need to be paid additionally (logistics providers collect a 25%-35% duty deposit in advance).

Customs Duties and Clearance

• DDP Service: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is available for orders to core European and American regions, with customs duties and import taxes included at checkout.

Logistics Risk Avoidance

• Document Preparation: Some countries (such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile) require the recipient's tax ID (CUIT/CPF/CNPJ); special categories such as electronic devices and food require additional certification documents (subject to the customs requirements of the destination).
